End of Year Pageant Information
The End of Year Pageant is for any contestant. The contestant that enters this pageant must meet the age, eligibility, and CMN requirements to compete.

Pageant Date:  Sunday, February 26, 2012


Paperwork Deadline:  MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5 PM ON FEBRUARY 18th..

Paperwork:  Send to End of the Year Pageant - 215 Woodland Cove Lane - Rainbow City, AL  35906

DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR YOUR PACKET!!! PLEASE?!?!?!

          6 - copies of Resume
          6 - copies of Platform
          6 - Copies of 5x7 Headshot Photo on 8 1/2 x 11 paper (Black and White Copies)*
          1 - Contract Acknowledgement (This is the two page acknowledgment) (Don't send whole            
                contract).SEE BELOW FOR FILE.
          1 - CMN Verification
          1 - Birth Certificate (Pink or Blue copies only. They can be obtained at any local health                                     department.
          1 - Additional information needed
              (Please send ONE of the identification needed that is specified on the Contract                                                 Acknowledgement
              (Driver's License or Lease Agreement) - if competing as At-Large State Contestant
              (Transcript) - if competing as a student - Do not send transcript if you live in Alabama.
              (Proof of Employment) - if competing as a full time employee
   
          * You can scan your photo and print it in black and white, or you can make copies on the copier.


               CMN registration - End of Year Pageant (crowning year 2012).
               Please make sure all contestants are registered prior to pageant.

Time:  Contestant Arrival - 8:00 a.m. (Placement will be drawn that morning.)

Interviews:  We will begin interviews around 10:00 a.m.

Pageant Begins:  2:00 p.m.  Pageant Ends:  4:00 p.m.
