Preliminary Contestants

Preliminary contestants will need to read (for your information only)

the State Contract in its entirety.

Then, submit the following forms to

the local preliminary in which they wish to compete.

Entry Fee

Contestants should also review the State/Local Contract to make sure

they meet all eligibility requirements.
